We are currently involved in mentoring young citizen scientists for future conservation leadership through outdoor learning. This involves taking young learners out in the field to help them discover the interdependence of nature through short field trips/works to prompt critical thinking among them. The outdoor learning also complements the Competence-Based Curriculum currently being rolled out in schools.
We work to complement the government of Kenya's effort to promote competence Based learning through our outdoor learning program. This program helps young people to learn about the science of ecology to enhance informed decision-making for sustainable livelihoods.
